I listen for what is repeating underneath it: the contradiction, the part of the story that does not quite fit the explanation, the thing you keep describing as the problem even though your own evidence keeps pointing somewhere else.
Most people can feel the thing long before they can name it.
My job is not to hand you a better identity or tell you which life to choose. My job is to make the mechanism more visible and give it precise enough language that you can actually look at what is there.
Sometimes someone arrives unable to explain what they do and leaves with the sentence they have been circling for two years.
Sometimes they arrive convinced they have a career problem and discover the career is carrying an older negotiation about security, usefulness, or approval.
Sometimes they have already changed almost everything and need to understand why the same pattern keeps surviving the move.
The visible question is where we start.
It is not automatically where we finish.

I have lived in seven countries. I have held senior roles in marketing and Web3 and walked away from all of it. I have made serious money and felt it slowly hollow something out that I could not name at the time.
I have rebuilt my life from scratch more than once. I have also been through genuine spiritual awakening and genuine spiritual disillusionment, which turned out to be the more useful of the two experiences.
Professionally, I have spent years doing a version of the same thing with companies, founders, products, and messages: listening to what people say the problem is, looking at the evidence, and finding the thing underneath that is actually making the system behave the way it does.
Different context.
Same instinct.
What I developed across all of that is an ability to hear underneath what someone is describing to what is actually running.
That is not a certification. It is a skill I survived into, then spent years sharpening professionally.
I cannot promise miracles. I cannot guarantee you will agree with what I see. I cannot walk through the door for you.
