QWTKA is run by Renato Zamagna. I use a small number of services to host the site, understand broad site usage, show videos, and receive messages. This page explains what information those services handle and what I do with it.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to rzamagna@gmail.com.

Information you choose to send

Email updates

When you enter your email address, I collect the address, submission time, and page where you signed up. I use this information to send new QWTKA work and occasional project updates.

The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to an email or writing to rzamagna@gmail.com.

Work With Me

When you send an inquiry, I collect your name, email address, message, and the page where you submitted the form. I use this information to answer your request and manage any conversation that follows.

The legal bases are steps you ask me to take before a possible agreement and my legitimate interest in managing genuine inquiries.

Services used by this website

Framer

Framer hosts the website and provides built-in analytics. Framer says its analytics use no cookies or persistent identifiers. It creates a daily rotating hash from an IP address and browser information to estimate daily visitors.

I see aggregate results such as page views, referral sources, country estimates, and device types. I do not receive individual visitor profiles from Framer Analytics.

Formspree and Gmail

Formspree receives the newsletter and Work With Me forms, filters spam, keeps a dashboard copy, and sends a notification to my Gmail inbox.

The current Formspree plan keeps 30 days of submission history. Formspree hosts its service in the United States and says it uses Standard Contractual Clauses when acting as a data processor.

Watch page and Cloudflare

The Watch page requests its approved video list through a QWTKA service running on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical network information needed to deliver that request. Stored Worker observability logs are disabled for this service.

If you use Continue Watching, your browser stores playback progress on your device. QWTKA does not receive that progress. You can remove it through the Watch controls or your browser settings.

YouTube

The Watch page connects to YouTube only after you choose a video. It uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. This mode limits personalization. Google still receives technical information needed to provide the player and applies its own privacy terms.

Spotify

The Music page loads Spotify only after you choose to load the player. Spotify may receive technical information and use cookies under its own privacy terms.

Retention

I keep a newsletter address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

I keep a Work With Me inquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. I may keep records longer when a resulting agreement or legal obligation requires it.

Formspree keeps its dashboard copy for up to 30 days on the current plan. Gmail notifications follow the QWTKA retention periods above.

Playback progress remains on your device until you or your browser removes it. Service providers keep technical or aggregate data under their documented retention rules.

Service providers and international processing

QWTKA uses Framer, Formspree, Google services, and Cloudflare. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their contractual and technical safeguards govern that processing.

I do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information. You may object to some processing or withdraw consent for email updates. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send requests to rzamagna@gmail.com. I may need enough information to confirm that the request concerns your data.

Changes to this notice

I will update this page when the website’s data practices change and show the revision date above.
